Ordering, Shipping and Returns
ORDERINGWe accept all major credit and debit cards via secure Paypal (you don't need a Paypal account to use this checkout procedure), cheques and postal orders. We do not accept overseas cheques. Please make cheques payable to Muddy Waters Metal Art and post to Unit 1, Hermitage Business Park, Hermitage, Dorset DT2 7BB.
Please remember that payments must clear BEFORE we dispatch your order. We will always do our best to dispatch your order in a timely manner and normally post within 7-10 days, sometimes it may take longer. International orders are welcome but payment must be made by Paypal.
SHIPPING
We use Royal Mail and ParcelForce for larger items. We always obtain proof of postage. Our postage prices are for UK mainland only, overseas customers are requested to contact us for pricing to their destination.
Muddy Waters Metal Art cannot be held responsible for any taxes, duties or other such levies imposed by overseas countries, this includes returns. Items are dispatched 7-10 days after cleared payment.

RETURNS
We take great care and pride in our metal art and always provide the best quality possible BUT if you are dissatisfied with your item(s) you can return it to us within 7 days of receipt and if the item is in the same condition as when it originally left us, we will give you a refund for the item but not the postage costs and you're responsible for the return postage cost.
